Annual Meeting Minutes
September 21, 2011

Minutes:
1. Quorum was met (10% needed, or 7.5 people) at 7:00pm.
2. John Hildebrand and Cathy Pouliot were nominated and re-elected to positions of Secretary and Treasurer (respectively) for the terms of 2011-2013.
3. Treasurer report, read by Cathy, showing expenses, income, and balance.
4. Voted to suspend dues for the year 2012, due to large enough balance in bank account.
5. Sidewalks to be built on 21st Street.  Should start in the next year or so.
6. Dr. Wiley spoke about town matters: construction, etc.
7. Traffic Calming Discussion:
   Town sent out a survey to homeowners in Catoctin Meadows and Country Club.
   144 surveys sent
    50 responded
    30 opposed the calming
    20 were in favor
   Despite the majority in opposition, the Town Council decided 5-1 to go forward with traffic calming
   on the Country Club segment of the neighborhood.  No calming on Glenmeade will be done, and not
   likely to be addressed again soon.
8. Tiffany Whalen took the action to contact Patrick Sullivan or Rob Lohr to get clear if we could
   barricade between the two neighborhoods to remove cut-through traffic.
