HOA Board: 

I just had a telephone conversation with Mr. Lazaro, and he assured me that if the HOA is not interested in transferring the common land, then the town is not interested in taking it.  He said that there was no conspiracy to take the land, and that he would recommend to Mr. Wagner to send us a letter closing out on the issue once and for all.

Mr. Lazaro said the town had bigger issues to worry about in the town.

I appreciate your feedback. As you know, the Planning Commission has
recommended that the property in question be shown as private open
space, I support that change and respect the wishes of the neighborhood
that nothing further be pursued.
